These terms govern use of Zantye's website and purchases made from Zantye's Pvt Ltd in India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Products and orders
Product descriptions, availability and prices may change. An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or dispatch. We may cancel or limit an order for stock, pricing, fraud-prevention or delivery reasons and will refund amounts due.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise and include or exclude taxes as displayed at checkout. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for inspecting the parcel on arrival.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Eligibility and time limits are those displayed on the product, checkout or returns information at the time of purchase. Returned products must meet the stated conditions. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method and bank processing times may apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Zantye's is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the competent courts in India.
